About the role

Own features end to end on KOŚA — a GxP-compliant DMS + LMS SaaS platform for pharma, built to 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5 and ALCOA++ standards. You will work across the DMS, LMS and Active Directory modules: designing schemas, building React UIs, writing backend APIs and ensuring every line meets compliance requirements.

What you will do

  • Design and implement full stack features across React, Node.js/Express and PostgreSQL
  • Own the SOP document lifecycle: state machine logic, controlled copy watermarking, DOCX → PDF/A rendition pipeline and periodic review scheduling
  • Build LMS features: training matrix, competency assessments, OJT records, GxP certificates and ALCOA++ audit entries
  • Develop Active Directory sync, RBAC middleware and enterprise SSO integration
  • Write and review PostgreSQL migrations and RLS policies for multi-tenant isolation
  • Implement 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signature flows: reason capture, identity verification, tamper-evident records
  • Mentor interns and junior developers; review PRs with a compliance-first mindset
  • Collaborate with the product lead on scoping, estimation and sprint planning

What we are looking for

  • 3–7 years of proven full stack development on production systems
  • Strong React 18, TypeScript (strict) and modern state management (Zustand or Redux)
  • Solid Node.js/Express: REST API design, middleware, authentication flows
  • Deep PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimisation, indexing and Row-Level Security
  • Hands-on AWS (Lambda, S3, KMS, SES, CloudWatch); EKS/Kubernetes exposure a strong plus
  • Redis for caching, sessions and invalidation strategies
  • GitLab CI/CD or equivalent pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 or regulated software is a significant advantage
  • B.Tech / B.E. in CSE, IT or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
